Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait

In honor of National Strawberry Day-- I had to share this amazing Strawberry Cheesecake recipe from the Sugar Bean Baker!
 
What You need--  
3 full sheets of graham crackers
2 Tablespoons sugar
1- 8 ounce package cream cheese
1-2 Tablespoons milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons corn starch
2 Tablespoons strawberry jello powder (mix)*

2 pounds of strawberries

Assemble:

Graham cracker layer, cream cheese layer, gel layer, strawberries. Repeat. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
