You may visit your favorite fashion boutique once a month,
or go to your local bakery for a sweet treat! But do how often do you take the
time to really appreciate your local small businesses? Well, now you have a
chance. In honor of Small Business Week, Robert Herjavec of “Shark Tank” chatted with Local 10 News about how you can
help your favorite entrepreneur win $25,000.
Herjavec has teamed up with Deluxe Corp. to kick off the
#SmallBusinessRevolution movement. The group is hosting a contest for people to
nominate their favorite small business for a
chance to win $25,000!
“Deluxe and I are looking for the entrepreneur who really
exemplifies the character of the Small Business Revolution – a committed
community member who has made a lasting impact on the lives of his or her
employees, customers and neighbors,” said Herjavec.
Small business fans who submit nominations will be rewarded,
too. Each person who makes a nomination is entered into a weekly drawing for a
$100 gift card. The winner of the $25,000 Small Business Revolution award will
be selected in November 2015!
