Forget about pretty pink bows and pastel flowers—it’s “Baby Gone Wild.” I love this birthday party theme--complete with tons of bright colors and plush animals. My dear friend WFOR-CBS Miami News Anchor Natalia Zea hosted an amazing party that was nothing short of fabulous!

YUMMY- High Fiber Brownies

My sister Stacie is a health freak- who loves chocolate. A weird mix--right?!? She found this yummy High Fiber Brownie Recipe from Tastefullyjulie.com! 

It's so so so so good!

Ingredients

• 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 2 large eggs
• 2 egg whites
• ¼ cup melted butter
• ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ⅔ cup sugar
• ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Grease or spray an 8-inch baking pan.
3. Process all ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips in a food processor until well blended.
4. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
5. Bake the brownies for 30 to 35 minutes, or until just set in the center.
6. Cool before cutting into squares.

A New Little Prince - Aubrey Aquino's Baby Sprinkle

This weekend, I hosted a Baby Sprinkle for my dear friend Aubrey Aquino-- a Television Host and Reporter in Miami.  What is a “sprinkle” you ask? Well, it’s a celebration to help Mom welcome baby #2 or #3 and so on. Basically you’re not showering the mother with gifts, but rather sprinkling her with a few goodies! I had to make a few special items, including my Huggabeans Crocheted Crowns for the -"New Little Prince!"

Chic Baby Shower- Welcome Baby Zoe!

Who says you need diaper cakes and silly baby games at your shower?? People are finding brand new ways to snaz up the event-- by really taking it beyond a backyard barbeque.  My sorority sister Angela Jones from Texas hosted her shower in the heart of Houston's Galleria Area at the Living Room Bar & Lounge.  It's an upscale club with a sophisticated taste!  From the food to the decor, this is far from your traditional baby shower!

This is one of the cutest ideas for a birthday party!!  Named after the glamorous movie, the Breakfast at Tiffany’s inspired birthday brunch is a clever theme for a party.  My dear friend wanted to give her daughter a lavish affair and she delivered!

She used silver accents, mixed with powder blues and of course tons of floral!

Other party highlights included—Classic Tiffany’s Gift Wrap Cake, Birthday girl dressed up just like Audrey Hepburn, tons of blue décor to add to the theme, and adorable bite-sized goodies—perfect for the kids!

Whimsical Dr. Seuss Birthday Party!

One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish! Dr. Seuss Themed Birthday Parties are so much fun! This week--my handsome godson Mason turned 3! His parents threw a wonderful whimsical party with Seuss-worthy ideas.

Nothing beats a cold drink on a hot day! These little water covers are a great way to continue the theme throughout the party.
