More than 200 guest attended the event at Hugh's Culinary, to watch chefs from 5 competing restaurants prepare special dishes with a secret ingredient. I sat on the judging panel with Alice Taylor, CEO of the Broward Health Imperial Point and Michael Satz, State Attorney of Broward County. The event raised thousands of dollars to help meet the underfunded cost of academic, counseling, life skills and career preparations for girls in PACE Broward's Program. Here's a sampling the dishes!
Big Congratulations goes out to the 1st Place Winner, Chef Craig LaValley from The Tipsy Boar in Hollywood! Chef Armando Vega from Candela in Wilton Manors voted Fan Favorite by guests.
