Ritz Crackers Chicken Tenders 

Ritz Crackers are the perfect combination of sweet and salty--so I figured it would serve as a tasty coating for chicken tenders.  I love to create recipes and throw things together to see if it works! Well, here's one I think you will love! It's uber easy and super yummy!

Ingredients 

2 Rolls of Ritz Crackers

Garlic Powder

Salt

Pepper

1 cup of Whipping Cream or Milk

2 Eggs

10 chicken tenders

Olive Oil

Crush the crackers into crumbs, adding salt and pepper for taste. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and milk together. Season the chicken tenders with the garlic powder, salt and pepper before dipping the chicken into the milk and egg mixture.  After the chicken is coated, dip it in the cracker mix. Place the coated chicken tenders on a lightly coated baking sheet. Season with more pepper. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees! Enjoy!
